I've found 2 problems that generate this error, in 5.1.0 M2.
First prb is the webservice name at which i should connect back: i get http://sever:port/nuxeo/FileManageWS instead of http://sever:port/nuxeo-platform-webapp-core-5/FileManageWS.
Second prb, if i set the WS name manually, the server returns an 'authentication failure'. It's weird because it used to work with the version from 13.05 (which was labeled in login page as M2).
Bottom line, the name of the webservice must be dinamically set on the server, and of course, the authentication prb solved.
