The idea is to implement the feature asked by AL : modify rights on several documents in one operation.
In fact this is exactly like MassEdition but for rights.
The implemantation should leverage the documentsListsManager :
- user selects a set of folders/workspaces he wants to manage and put them in his worklingList
- then he can use an action to set rights on all documents

The purpous is to apply security settings to all container like documents in the workling list.
Should trigger a navigation to a dedicated page.
