- Added basic UI for setting page / section / cell area styles.
currently only presets can be used as style values

There is no currently no user interface to apply styles to sections and cells (the only way to do it i in XML).
a simple UI is the one used here:
http://www.themaninblue.com/experiment/Technicolor/
it allows to assign colors to cells.
the goal here is to make it possible to apply *styles properties* to cells and to sections, for the following categories:
- border
- background
- background-color
with the possibility to use presets as well.
