Can you check with someone else installation.,
=> This should not be the case as the translation exists
This works for me in local.

They are displayed as "notifications.name.Modification", "notifications.name.Approbationreviewstarted", "notifications.name.WorkflowChange" when a user has subscribed to it, not in the drop-down list.
