These are at this point in org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.webapp-core.
The basic motivation was that this has nothing to do with the web per se, we're just talking nxql query builders here and keeping scoped iterators.
And indeed, the rewrapping of exceptions that's configured for webapp beans should not apply to QueryModelActionsBean (since it's meant to be called by other beans that will want to manage exceptions themselves). I have the use case today for SearchActionsBean and DashboardActionsBean.
