The following issue has been resolved as NOT A BUG.
|
|
Different use cases:
- when rights are blocked, administrators should be able to see the blocked area without having local roles set.
- when a user is not in the members group, it should have no rights at all. I've seen a non-member user have right access on a workspace where rights were blocked and where this user had manager local rights.
