Impossible to reproduce in "normal" use. Here, as well the stacktrace doesn't show any workflow.* base error...

 Description   
It occured during the automatic tests.
The reviewer selection was no emptied from manual selection I had done before. The test searched for a different user and added him to the reviewer selection. It didn't wait for the reviewer to be actually added on the selection to validate and add the reviewer.
