It seems URL construction does not work anymore.
Have a look at FeedItemAdapter.toFeedItem :

feedIt.setLink(URLMaker.getDocumentFullURL(repoLocation, doc.getRef(), null, null, false));

this line seems to returning a wrong URL.

No need of Akregator to test it, just use FF.
