If a jobar user create a folder, then deselect the access right inheritance, that folder will disappear from the view of even the Administrator account.
Let the user leave the company and you will have started creating data for future digital archaeologists.
We could imagine to be able to do a search based on the owner id, but I did not find that in the advanced search interface.
