Ok I understand what it is.Once approved the user is redirected on the document but since the workflow is over the user doesn't have any rights on it and thus is not allowed to view the document anymore.
I'll redirect the user on its dashboard in this case.

On FF, I started an approbation review and my first reviewer approved the document.
On IE, the second reviewer logs in and clicks on Dashboard. He clicks on the document under review -> Error.
