actually, launching in -headless mode respond to the question by default. In
most case, it will resul in a NO for question regarding macro execution.
Nevertheless, as the JODConverter allow a setDefaultLoadProperty before
converting, the MacroExecutionMode OOo load option can be passed to the engine
The available options are
