UserDataManager requires read permission on the domain

UserDataManager's get() takes the domain as argument. But if the current user
doesn't have the read permission on the domain, the caller cannot provide a non
null domain, which fires an IllegalArgumentException (a runtime exception,
btw).
All that would be really needed would be the path to current domain. Same holds
for other components that need doc models for the root of sections, workspaces
etc.
