Anonymous access (without going through an authentication phase) is needed for
"web-publishing"-like behavior.
Use case: a special user "Anonymous" is created, and given some Read rights
somewhere in the sections.
When an unauthenticated user goes directly to the URL of a document having Read
for Anonymous, then he must be automatically logged in as Anonymous.
