svn additional components refactoring

We need to do some clean up in the SVN layout in order to separate the
"standard platform components" from the additional ones.
* move Apogee from sandbox to root level
o and name it org.nuxeo.ecm.eclipsercp ?
* create at svn root level an "additional-components" directory
o use this name ?
* move from org.nuxeo.ecm.platform to this new directory :
o archive
o domsync-core
o forum
o intuition
o modifier
o scheduler
o userdata
o uidgen
