To reproduce this bug in the use case we had : remove the right " read" to
members at root of the application.
Assign to a user the "read" right on a section
Assign to this user a "write" right on a WS
in a wokspace, this uses creates, validates a document, and tries to publish it
via publication tab
-> he sees no section ( he should see every section where he has read or
responsible right).
