Unable to use multiple Domains

If we have 2 or more domains in an existing Nuxeo instance, there are a number
of problems that occur:
- the tree on the left is showing only the current domain, not all the domains
- clicking on the logo on the top-left should go to the root and to show all
the domains. However, it leads to the current domain, showing it's SectionRoot,
WorkspaceRoot, TemplateRoot, while the page title is "Domains on default
server".
- when trying to publish a document from the second domain, only the sections
from the first Domain are shown.
