If one logs in and is presented with the list of domains and clicks on "Create
new domain" -> things go smoothly - no error
But if one navigates up to the list of domains and then tries to create a new
domain -> NPE
It seams that the order in which the creation events are caught by
TreeManagerBean are diffrent and the initialization() doesn't have the wanted
behaviour.
