5.1.3
Updated the build to include all required libs, restored lost code upon 1.3.4
to 1.4.0 core migration and switched the check of existence of the document on
a simpler basis.
The nuxeo-shell client can be found in addons directory, as trunk version (able
to run against Nuxeo 5.1.3 as well Nuxeo 5.2).
The fixes in core are made on 1.4 and 1.5 versions.
The decision was to make the patch only on the last 2 releases.
