There is no equivalent transition for back_to_project which is needed and it
shouldn't be added to LifeCycleCoreExtensions.xml.

who should reinit the life cycle state to projetct
instead of creating a basic snapshot from the old valid version
the idea here is at new version creation time
it should be created with the initial life cycle state instead of the old
