"Unpublish" button doesn't get disabled

Steps to reproduce:
1. publish a number of documents in a section
2. Navigate to section. The "Unpublish" button exists and it is disabled.
3. Select a document. The "Unpublish" button becomes enabled.
4. Click on the section in navigation tree or
4'. Unpublish the document.
The result is the same: there is no document selected but the "Unpublish"
button is enabled.
The button state should correspond to the selection of documents. If there is
at least one document selected, the button should be enabled. If not, it should
be disabled.
