Nuxeo imaging is used in both 5.2 and 5.1 branch by projects, the web part is
in addon wherea se the core part is in the "platform" fodler, which leads to a
situation where we cannot make it evoluate easily.
So a new addon will be done (with name of nuxe-imaging), and will gather what
is in the addon and platform part concerning Nuxeo imaging. Then evolutions
will be done to be able to manage adapters instead of hardcoded types in the
imaging module.
For stability reasons, the code in this addon, even it is a copy of the
existing code, will have to be refactored (the packaging) :
org.nuxeo.ecm.picture instead of org.nuxeo.ecm.imaging
Also, the previous package (org.nuxeo.ecm.imaging) will have to be flaged as
deprecated.
