Note that to use jTDS, the datasources must use the following format (where
"Nuxeo" is the database name):
<connection-url>jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://172.16.245.128/Nuxeo</connection-url>
<driver-class>net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbc.Driver</driver-class>

Also of course JBOSS/server/default/lib must contain the jtds-1.2.2.jar file.
