Reopened because this method is currently broken.
defaultNotifTemplate refers to ${doc.title} which isn't recognized.
This is due to the fact that in NotificationServiceBean.sendDocumentByMail the
map is filled with "doc" instead of "document" (this is later converted again
to "doc" in the context by DocumentRenderingContext).
