The JCA ds is no longer dynamically deployed when registring a new repository.
This configuration file can not be simply put in config dir because it needs
JCA Connector to be loaded : unfortunatly ds deployement is not managed by
Nuxeo Deployer.
This is possible to make it work with a custom jar that uses nuxeo dependencies
declarations, but we should provide a easier way to do it.
