add .jar archetytpe to jca-connector module

When using JBoss Embedded in unit test(maven or eclipse), all jar needs to be
add "manually" to the classpath.
Because the jca-connector ends with rar, eclipse can't add it to its classpath,
and its classes are not available.
The solution is to add the jar archetype to the build. I created a patch, can
you check it before I commit;
