The comment actions bean should not send error logs when adding and removing
comment with a user that has the Write permission

Apparently the fix for NXP-2426 makes the CommentActionsBean send errors in the
logs when adding and removing comments with a user that has the WRITE
permission on the current workspace. However everything seems to work as
expected from the user's point of view.
