In the JMS "documentPublished" event, the associated document is the source
document (in the workspace), and info about the target section is available,
but not about the target proxy.
This proxy would be very useful in a number of situations where listeners care
about what is published.
Note that the proxy is already available in the "documentPublicationApproved"
event.
