Drag&drop from desktop shouldn't check the trash for similar titles

When you drop a file from the desktop into Nuxeo, a check is made by the
default FileManager plugin to see if there is already a document with the same
title, and if so it replaces that one instead of creating a new one.
The problem is that this check doesn't verify the lifecycle of the existing
document, so if it's been put in the Trash then the dropped document replaces
the existing one but stays in the trash.
In the above case, we should just create a new document.
