(dynsearch) error while creating a saved search from the dynamical search page

In some projects, it's possible to create a saved search from the detached
"dynamical_search" page.
But in case the user navigated to this search page from a saved search, the
document model is still attached to a precise location and trying to
re-persist it results in an error (well documented in QueryModelActionsBean)
