nxshell is no more working since the nuxeo-runtime-osgi refactoring.
Align this project with new runtime-osgi module .
nuxeo-osgi is providing now an unified launcher for nuxeo ep clients and
standalone servers
Add the possibility to connect to an in-vm repository - this will enable
nxshell to be used in the same process as a working server.
