Refusing "Delete" permission removes "Read" as well

When I refuse "Delete" permission to a user, he is refused reading rights as
well.
Here is the rights I have for this user on my instance :
- Workspaces : default members rights
- testWorkspace1 : write granted
- testFolder1 : delete refused
=> he cannot see "testFolder1" since I refused him delete rights.
