The DocumentChildrenStdFarm should not return deleted children

The only filter used by the DocumentChildrenStdFarm to get children of a folder
is a FacetFilter excluding the documents with facet HiddenInNavigation.
To list the children of a folder with the Core api, we need a filter excluding
documents with facet 'HiddenInNavigation' and documents with lifecycle state
'deleted'
