WebEngine should base on JAX-RS.
WebEngine will provide a flexible and robust REST framework along with a the
actual web framework.
JAX-RS + jersey (the ref. impl.) was selected as the base of webengine.
The actual web framework model will be refactored to be put on top of jersey
and use JAX-RS resources
to process requests.
