Add a control on upload widget so that the user cannot validate file upload

On the upload widget, it is currently possible to check "upload" box and
validate file upload without selecting a file to upload (see screenshot). The
created document has a strange icon and has no attachement (see screenshot).
I think that there used to be a message saying that it was empty.
