When an technical error occurs in the application, and that this error bubles
to the end user,
I need :
- to be able to display a "nice" error screen giving
- a explanation for what happend
- debug information (hidden by default)
- some directions for recovering (if possible)
- to trace this error in a separated "application error" log
- view name or url
- date - time - user
- exception stack trace
