when opening a MS office file attached to a document but not editing it online,
the button 'save in Nuxeo' is still present in Word/Excel/... It can be
misleading, user can forget that is not in live edit mode and makes
modifications to the MS office file and click on button 'save in Nuxeo' and
think that the file is really saved in Nuxeo, which is not. At least, a popup
window should tell the user that he is not in live edit mode and the file is
not saved in Nuxeo,and even suggest to save it locally so that he can import
later in Nuxeo.
