Added 2 hudson jobs to monitor 5.2 perfs,
Server_Test_5.2_-_Performance jobs launch a bench on a slave server, the
reporting jobs build diff reports to view performance change with:
* the previous build
* a reference build
* a build 1, 2, 3 and 4 week ago
This report is put in the Performance job hudson artifacts:

in the index.html file.
