I retested and seems working ok. Please, look in the server log the part of
listing the deployment order. Something like

nuxeo-platform-publishing-web-improved-5.2-SNAPSHOT.jar
nuxeo-platform-notification-web-5.2-SNAPSHOT.jar
etc.
If the addon nuxeo-platform-publishing-web-improved-5.2-SNAPSHOT.jar is
deployed before nuxeo-platform-publishing-web-5.2-SNAPSHOT.jar this is the
problem. If so, please let me know. Anyway we'll make the dependency.
If not, please provide me the deployment log.
