moved to beta release. IShould check if this is needed anymore. (It is possible
that the task is already done)
This was introduced because in freemarker rendering we may need to pass a
document property as string (in URL format)
So we need to be able to get a document property expressed as an URL.
We can implement this in a more generic manner using java URL spi API - this
way we can use URL to retrieve doc properties from an ywhere
