Description:
initiator and validators should be able to add new reviewers after the workflow
has started.
once done, rewrite selenium test parallelReviewAddReviewers-5.2.html
some code in JbpmActionsBean#getCanManageParticipants makes it possible to hide
the add form once workflow is started in the mean time.

It was my understanding that we wouldn´t be able to add reviewer after workflow
start.
2 solutions:
- we add the possibiliy (Do we add a task for the workflow manager to end the
workflow then ?)
- we remove the possibility to modify reviewer
