nuxeo-webengine-apt, nuxeo-jboss-interceptors could share a parent pom to
factorize repositories or common dependencies.
This can be done by adding a new hg repo
hg.nuxeo.org/tools
with a pom org.nuxeo.tools:nuxeo-tools-parent
The nuxeo-webengine-apt, nuxeo-jboss-interceptors must be updated.
