Add 'Email' tab to Workspace documents

The 'Email' tab should display the list of 'MailFolder' documents contained by
the Workspace.
A 'Create Mail Folder' button should provide the posibility to create a new
MailFolder document. Also, it should be posible to delete MailFolder documents.
Also, for every MailFolder document displayed in the list, a link should be
displayed, in order to manually trigger the email check of the email account
defined by the concerning MailFolder document.
