1/ We need the same top banner as for the homepage
2-a/ Box with the pages contained in this page (displayed same way as 'last
modified /created pages ->http://jira.nuxeo.org/browse/ACR-83) IF the webpage
is "push to menu=true"
2-b/"Commentaires" box IF the webpage is "push to menu=false"
