some issues:
* core-event relies on transaction hook to start async event using
documentManagerBean, but dmb is not deployed on stateless machine
* because core-event is on both machine, the stateless one for event will be
used on stateless => async will never be called
* event are not propageted to core, so an event on stateless is not thrown on
core
* auditing will never happen for event on stateless
