deleted template are still available at document creation

When I create a document, I can create a structure from an existing template.
If the template is deleted (lifecycle state == deleted), it is still offered as
a choice for document creation. The template needs to be deleted in the trash
to not be offered anymore
Work around is to go into the trash and delete the document there.
