The listeners on webpage creations / updates are using WebEngine context to
update the content. When the pages are updated / created on EP the WebEngine
context is not available, so the updates are not applied.
Steps to reproduce
1. Make a WebPage in EP
2. An error occurs in SitesRelationsWikiHelper as no active web context is
available.
