Description:
Workflow participants that only have read rights are not granted write rights
on the document. But users that are not on the workflow and have write rights
can still edit the document.
This occurs on both workflows.

- Documents in a workflow are not locked for users that don't participate to

Document's used to be editable only by workflow participants. Now documents can
be modified by any user with write rights, even if user is not a workflow
participant.
