On a forum, topic administration is very limited.
- you cannot edit your topic after you created it :
-> you can't edit the title or description.
-> if you created a moderated topic, you cannot change the topic moderators
after its creation.
- when you create a moderated topic, you should automatically be a moderator of
the topic. Currently it's not the case, and if don't add yourself as a
moderator, your comments have to be approved by moderators.
