How did you test with PostgreSQL? What configuration did you use (dictionary, 
lexer, etc.)?
There is no Arabic dictionary provided by default with PostgreSQL... In my 
tests there wasn't anything at all in the fulltext table if the only text you 
have is ابوظبي‬ and you use the simple or french or english configurations.
