You can now register the QueryMakers using the repository extension point:
<queryMaker class="..."/>
The class must implement org.nuxeo.ecm.core.storage.sql.QueryMaker
The default used if nothing is specified is
org.nuxeo.ecm.core.storage.sql.NXQLQueryMaker
